Solar Roast Coffee in Colorado Springs, CO is looking for one general manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and hard-working.
We are looking for someone with Bartending Experience. Barista experience is preferred, but not required.

*This position starts out hourly $16.25/hour, plus tips. *After 6 months of employment Team Members are eligible for our PTO program as well as our 401K program.

*Oversee daily business operations *Manage staff and delegate responsibility as needed *Maintain excellent customer service standards *Manage profit and loss figures *Make sure staff adheres to store policies *Staff evaluations *Scheduling *Store ordering and organization
Qualifications

*Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers *Positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture *Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused workplace *Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize *Barista Experience *Bartending Experience *Leadership/management experience preferred. *Manager Food Handling Certification required 30 days upon hiring *ServSafe Alcohol Certification required 30 days upon hiring

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $16.25 - $21.50/hour.
