Solar Safe Pool Covers is a small, family owned company dedicated to save Arizona pool owners time and money while keeping their backyards safe from any potential accidents. As a small company, we have the ability to be different from all of the other vendors people speak to on a daily basis and strive to provide a one of a kind service to our customers.
What we do and what we offer is extremely unique. There are incredible benefits to covering your pool and many pool owners think they have to spend the time and money that goes into maintaining them whether or not they even use the pool. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable talking with anyone and can support pool owners in their journey with us.
This role is to support both our estimators and potential customers seamlessly through their buying journey by being inquisitive, thoughtful, honest, and consistent in communication. We’re looking for someone who can learn what our customers are hoping to achieve with a pool cover and help them achieve that through our process.
Responsibilities
- Work with leads and customers in the way you wish you were treated as a consumer
- Schedule Free Estimates for potential customers
- Educate Pool owners on the benefits of covering their pool
- Take inbound calls from prospects and customers.
- Follow up with leads to schedule estimates (30 total outbound calls/day)
- Follow up with potential customers after receiving estimate
- Update customer files with adequate notes in Zoho CRM
- Manage the Estimators schedule with efficient routes to their appointments
- Promptly respond to emails, text messages, and phone calls from leads and customers
- Assist with Marketing projects and campaigns
- Assist the Install and service team if needed
Qualifications
- Ability to commute and work in office near Deer Valley Airport
- Experience working with customers and potential customers via phone
- Experienced using a CRM to organize customer information
- Trustworthy (Our clients trust that our cover will keep their loved ones safe around their pool)
- Customer Service experience
