Part-Time Office Assistant Wanted – Family-Owned Shade Company
We’re a small, family-owned shade company looking for a reliable and organized Part-Time Office Assistant to join our team!
Responsibilities include:
- Answering phones and assisting customers
- Filing and organizing documents
- Ordering materials and office supplies
- Writing up orders and invoices
- Assisting with other general office tasks as needed
Schedule:
- Monday–Thursday: 10 AM – 2 PM
- Friday: 9 AM – 1 PM
(Approximately 20 hours/week)
Pay: $23/hour
We’re looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable wearing many hats in a small office environment.
Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 20 per week
