Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Field Engineer Associate to join our team. This position is critical to ensure that our proposed solar projects are feasible to installed on homes. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, take pride in maintaining an organized schedule, and enjoy being on the road daily traveling to job sites, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Ability to climb ladders indoors to access attic spaces.
- Ability to maneuver in tight attic spaces to get measurements.
- Previous experience in construction or engineering design preferred.
- Knowledge on, or willingness to learn how to patch drywall hole if ever needed to open a hole in the wall.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
