Requirements
- Prior Solar Service Technician experience is required
- 3 years of recent Electrical or Solar Service Tech / Field Experience Required
- 2 years of experience Diagnosing and Troubleshooting DC/AC systems
- Valid Drivers License & ability to pass background check and drug screening.
- Able to properly read blueprints and safely use all power tool equipment.
- NABCEP certification is Preferred
- Fluent in English (Bilingual is Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Diagnose/troubleshoot both Rooftop Solar and Downstairs Electrical Installations
- Provide solutions to various system issues (envoy reconnects, CT issues, etc.)
- Replace malfunctioning solar hardware
- Travel with company vehicles to multiple job sites (daily)
- Communicate with the homeowner prior to/during a service site visit
- Coordinate with Field Service Supervisors to provide updates on work performed
- Assist with the removal and reinstalls as needed
