Accountable for the leadership, development and implementation of an assigned new growth opportunity that will result in the offering of a new strategic product or service, or portfolio of products & services to the market.
Responsibilities :
- Activities related to the analysis of market opportunity, market and customer development, market introduction and initial development and production of the new product or service. This position plays a critical role in establishing the position of the new product / service in the market, including ensuring the acceptance internally and delivering on customer satisfaction.
- This position includes introduction of the product / service to specific markets within a prescribed period of time while achieving identified cost targets and meeting established market requirements.
- The grade level and reporting line is contingent upon the size, scope and complexity of the program.
Degree Requirement :
Engineering degree with MBA in business or finance is desired or equivalent experience.

Summary Pay Range :
140,964.00 - $211,446.00
