Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings and calls with partners, clients, and tea m me mbers.
- Field and prioritize email s and phone calls, ensuring important matters are addressed promptly.
- Assist in preparing presentations, documents, and reports.
- Organize and maintain files, documents, and project timelines.
- Help manage various software tools and platforms, including CRM systems and project management tools.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics.
- Assist with creating training materials and managing internal communications.
- Perform other administrative duties as needed to support the CEO and the company’s leadership team.
