Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead SolarTechnician to oversee and coordinate maintenance and repair activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Solar Edge/Enphase electrical systems, and customer service. This role requires a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and resolving technical issues while ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of technicians in performing maintenance, repairs, and installations of Solar systems and high/Low voltage electrical equipment.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments and voltmeters to diagnose equipment malfunctions and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery and systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerize
- Collaborate with other departments to address technical issues and provide exceptional customer service.
- Measure, rack out and install top of the line solar panels
- Train and mentor junior technicians on best practices, safety protocols, and technical skills.
- Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Solar Edge/ Enphase systems, industrial electrical work, or related fields.
- Proficiency in using voltmeters, precision measuring instruments, and other diagnostic tools.
- Strong understanding of high/low voltage systems and their maintenance requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing facility is preferred.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills for effective team coordination.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to interact positively with clients and team members.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed to meet operational demands.
