Sales Team Lead, Commercial and Industrial Segment

Role Overview:
This position provides an opportunity to join SolarEdge's North American Sales Team and contribute to leading the company's sales efforts in the commercial and industrial segment of the solar industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a vision and strategy for future territory business, including sales, service, and channels.
- Consistently meet sales quotas and market share targets.
- Manage local team, support daily needs, and create a business plan to meet territory targets.
- Nurture relationships with leading PV installers, project developers, and distributors.
- Assist product management teams in defining and improving product portfolios by gathering customer feedback and monitoring industry trends.
Requirements:
- BS in a related technical discipline (Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering preferred).
- Knowledge of Residential & Commercial solar an added plus.
- Experience working for an international organization preferred.
