Duties range from coordinating leasing activities such as social functions, radio advertising, television advertising, to working with prospective residents to complete the appropriate documentation / applications. This position also provides general support to the Property Manager.

- General office duties
- Show units to perspective residents
- Distribute brochures and information about property
- Assist with advertising vacant units
- Coordinate leasing activities such as social functions, and advertising
- Assist Property Manager with maintenance requests
