The ideal candidate will play a key role in handling Accounts Payable and supporting the financial functions of the office. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain patient information, medical records, and office files with confidentiality.
- Coordinate office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Log all paper checks for bank deposit.
- Handle Accounts Payable and payment tracking.
- Post Credit Card receipts, process refunds, and reconcile financial discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist with monthly reconciliation of accounts.
Required Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in accounting, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience of 5-10 years of accounting, billing, and financial management.
Skills:
- Strong proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Familiarity with accounting software and medical billing systems (e.g., QuickBooks, BillPay, NextGen, or similar).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive financial information.
- Professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time In-Office position with regular office 8am-5:30pm hours.
