Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of phlebotomy experience, including a minimum of six months working with geriatric or difficult blood draws. As a Mobile Phlebotomist, you will travel to various locations following a predetermined route or as assigned, collecting blood samples from elderly or medically compromised patients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to designated patient locations to collect blood samples.
- Verify patient identity and properly label all specimens.
- Process and prepare specimens for transport to the laboratory.
- Accurately complete all logs and documentation before the end of each shift.
- Adhere to company policies, infection control protocols, OSHA, and HIPAA regulations.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent phlebotomy experience
- Clean background check and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
- Reliable transportation and smartphone.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Excellent bedside manner and patient care skills.
- Positive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to pass a drug screening.
