Mobile Phlebotomist - Fulltime

Schedule: Friday-Monday with early start (0200) Friday & Monday, 0900-1800 Saturday-Sunday

Solaris Diagnostics is a rapidly growing clinical laboratory dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. We are seeking a reliable and experienced Mobile Phlebotomist who takes pride in their work and is passionate about serving patients with care and precision.

Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of phlebotomy experience, including a minimum of six months working with geriatric or difficult blood draws. As a Mobile Phlebotomist, you will travel to various locations following a predetermined route or as assigned, collecting blood samples from elderly or medically compromised patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel to designated patient locations to collect blood samples.
• Verify patient identity and properly label all specimens.
• Process and prepare specimens for transport to the laboratory.
• Accurately complete all logs and documentation before the end of each shift.
• Adhere to company policies, infection control protocols, OSHA, and HIPAA regulations.
  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of recent phlebotomy experience
• Clean background check and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• Reliable transportation and smartphone.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Excellent bedside manner and patient care skills.
• Positive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to pass a drug screening.
