Schedule: Early start (0200) Monday-Friday with on call rotations
About the Role:
We’re seeking a highly skilled and experienced phlebotomist who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a knack for handling challenging blood draws.
Only candidates with at least 2 years of phlebotomy experience will be considered.
What You’ll Do:
- Travel a predetermined route to assigned locations to collect patient samples with precision and care.
- Verify patient identity and label specimens accurately.
- Process and prepare specimens for transport to the lab.
- Complete logs and documentation with meticulous attention to detail before shift end.
- Follow all company policies, OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control guidelines.
What We’re Looking For:
- Open availability with the ability to start shifts as early as 2:00 AM
- Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
- A smartphone for communication and route tracking.
- A positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and superior bedside manner.
- Exceptional attention to detail, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
