What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Admin & Customer Service Monday - Friday position at Solaris Diagnostics?
This position will combine administrative skills with customer service.

- Collect mail
- General office duties
- Handle all inbound/outbound calls
- Provide excellent customer service
- Inventory and supply ordering
- Ability to sort through patient samples such as blood, urine, saliva, and other biohazard specimen samples for the laboratory to ensure accurate processing
- Verify patient demographic information matches the test requisition form submitted
- Meet key production metrics and quality measures to ensure timely and accurate results
- Properly prepare and store excess specimen samples
- Resolve and document any problem specimens
- Must be able to identify missing information, patient identifiers, or errors in collections
- Handle and dispose of medical and chemical waste
- Comply with all HIPPA guidelines
- Comply with all company health and safety standards
- Other duties as assigned
- Adhere to company attendance policy
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Work in protective equipment as needed.
- Sit/stand for long periods of time up to 50% of shift.
