Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented onsite phlebotomist to work directly with geriatric patients, specializing in specimen collection and processing. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a commitment to accuracy, and a positive attitude to ensure the best possible experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform blood draws with precision and care, especially for geriatric and challenging cases.
• Process and handle specimens following strict laboratory protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to quality assurance standards.

Requirements:

• 2 years of professional phlebotomy experience.
• 1 year of experience working with geriatric patients or performing challenging blood draws.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols meticulously.
