About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects within the power generation and power turbine operations sector. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of turbine technology, power plant operations, and project management methodologies to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
Essential Functions
• Lead and manage our power solutions projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals and regulatory requirements.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and operational optimization of power turbines.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, environmental regulations, and safety protocols.
• Prepare and present project reports, updates, and performance analyses to senior management.
• Manage vendor and supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely procurement of materials.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project teams.

Experience/Education
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial)
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent preferred.
• 5 years of experience in power generation, turbine operations, or energy sector project management.
• Strong understanding of gas turbines and power plant operations.
• Proficiency in project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent).
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of industry regulations, environmental compliance, and safety standards.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen for budget management.
