About the Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and resolving internal user requests, providing support, and implementing changes within the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud environment. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA functionalities, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
Essential Functions
- Respond to and resolve internal user requests related to SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP S/4HANA issues.
- Implement changes and enhancements in the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- Conduct user training sessions and create documentation for end-users.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud features and best practices.

Experience/Education
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. (Or Similar experience)
- 1 Year of Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
- Strong understanding of SAP modules and functionalities.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with user training and documentation is a plus.
