Some of your Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Responsibilities include:
- Admissions, Discharge and Transfers of residents
- Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians
- Medication administration
- Following infection control, emergency, and
other center policies
- Collaborating with resident’s interdisciplinary
team to provide the best outcomes
- Identifying and reporting all abnormal changes
in residents’ condition to proper personnel per center policy
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) QUALIFICATIONS:
- LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) licensed by the
State
- CPR Certification required
- Two Years prior nursing experience preferred
