Solaris HealthCare is seeking a Business Office Assistant to join our amazing team!
The primary purpose of your job position is to support overall Business Office activities in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations while assuring the proper administrative procedures are maintained at all times in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, and Solaris HealthCare’s established policies and procedures.
Business Office Assistant Qualifications:
-Accounting or related field or two (2) years of experience.
-Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
-Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
-Previous experience in an office environment, preferably in a healthcare or long-term care setting.
