Solarity Credit Union is seeking a full-time Branch Experience Manager to oversee our Wenatchee Branch and our new branch in Moses Lake coming soon!
We are looking for applicants that reside in either the Wenatchee or Moses Lake areas.
Bilingual English/Spanish required

You support Solarity's Strategic Objectives by integrating yourself into the community, establishing brand awareness and new business through outreach efforts.
The top candidate will have:
- 3 years of progressive experience in financial institution operations.
- 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Experience working in an environment focused on rapid growth and quick change.
- Bachelor's degree in business and or related field.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills.

A Day in the life of a Branch Experience Manager:
Although each day will be a different adventure in this role, here's a snapshot of what a day could look like:
- Have a huddle with your team and serve as role model, championing, training, and holding staff accountable for living up to the Four Measures of Member Obsession.
- Ensure that staff use systems to accurately serve members and maintain records, including core banking, CRM and other workflow tools.
- Plan and direct branch operations to pass all audits, mystery shops, and organizational objectives in alignment with strategic plan.
- Write, edit, and/or communicate all physical location procedures.
- Meet with Branch Staff to coach them and discuss their aspirations for growth and identify areas that they can work closely with you to prepare for the next step!
- Drive branch growth through consultative sales approach with members and communities.
- Send a Solarian Salute for a member of your team that went above and beyond for one of our members by constantly looking at transactions through their member-obsession lens.
