We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Field Marketer to join our fast-growing Solar Energy team. This role plays a vital part in promoting clean, renewable energy solutions directly to homeowners through door-to-door outreach, local events, and community engagement. Ideal candidates are outgoing, goal-oriented, and passionate about sustainability and helping others save money through solar.
Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door marketing in residential neighborhoods to educate homeowners about the benefits of switching to solar energy.
- Generate qualified leads by identifying interested customers and scheduling consultations with our sales team.
- Attend and represent the company at community events, homeowner associations (HOAs), trade shows, and local fairs.
- Clearly communicate the value of solar energy, including cost savings, environmental impact, and available incentives.
- Build trust and rapport with potential customers through friendly and informative interactions.
- Gather feedback from the field to help improve outreach strategies and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align messaging and goals.
- Help coordinate logistics for field marketing campaigns and assist with setting up promotional materials.
Qualifications
- Experience in door-to-door marketing, canvassing, or customer-facing roles preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to simplify technical information and explain solar energy benefits to non-experts.
- Passion for renewable energy and making a positive impact on the environment.
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English or other languages) is a plus.
- Self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team.
