What You’ll Do:
- Master the Solar Sales Process – Engage in hands-on training to build your expertise.
- Generate Leads – Utilize door-to-door outreach and networking strategies (5 days per week required).
- Educate Homeowners – Explain the financial and environmental benefits of solar energy.
- Set & Close Appointments – Work closely with potential clients to guide them through their solar journey.
- Achieve Sales Targets – Strive to exceed performance goals and accelerate career growth.
- Attend In-Person Training – Participate in twice-weekly team meetings in Cherry Hill, NJ (required).
