What You'll Do:

• Master the Basics: Begin your journey with in-depth training in solar energy solutions and sales techniques.
• Generate Leads: Engage in door-to-door outreach, cold calling, and other lead generation methods.
• Educate Customers: Explain the benefits of solar energy and guide customers through the decision-making process.
• Set Appointments: Schedule consultations and follow up with potential clients to close deals.
• Achieve Sales Targets: Work toward and exceed your sales goals as part of a high-energy team.
• Participate in Team Meetings: Attend twice-weekly meetings in Cherry Hill, NJ to receive top-tier training and collaborate with successful peers.

Qualifications:

What We Offer:

• Pay: Earn between $4,000.00 and $20,000.00 per month based on performance.
