What You’ll Do:

• Master the Basics: Begin your journey with in-depth training in solar energy solutions and sales techniques.
• Generate Leads: Engage in door-to-door outreach, along with networking and other lead-generation strategies (5 days a week required).
• Educate Customers: Explain the benefits of solar energy and guide customers through the decision-making process.
• Set Appointments: Schedule consultations and follow up with potential clients.
• Achieve Sales Targets: Work toward and exceed your sales goals and transition into closer and leadership roles.
• Participate in Team Meetings: Attend twice-weekly meetings in Cherry Hill, NJ to receive top-tier training and collaborate with successful peers.

Qualifications:

• Strong Communication Skills: Easily connect with customers and explain complex concepts simply.
• Drive and Determination: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to succeed.
• Customer Service Mindset: Focused on meeting customer needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Goal-Oriented: Thrive in a competitive environment and love hitting targets.
• Flexibility: Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Reliable Transportation: Ability to travel within your assigned sales territory.
• Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using a smartphone and basic apps for sales tracking.
• Bilingual Skills: A plus, but not required.

What We Offer:

• Pay: Earn between $4,000.00 and $20,000.00 per month based on performance.
