We specialize in designing, installing, and maintaining solar energy systems for residential and commercial clients. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Solar Installer to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels, inverters, and mounting hardware according to engineering specifications and industry best practices.
- Conduct site assessments to determine optimal locations for solar panel installation, considering factors such as roof orientation, shading, and structural integrity.
- Assist in the assembly and installation of racking systems and electrical wiring necessary for solar panel arrays.
- All electrical work meets or exceeds current National Electrical Code as well as local jurisdiction requirements.
- Review project packets for completeness and accuracy.
- Ensure a quality installation experience for the customer.
- Troubleshoot PV Systems and Resolve all issues related to it.
- Ensure all projects pass jurisdiction requirements.
- Communicate effectively with team members, project managers, and clients to coordinate installation schedules and provide updates on project status.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Solar installation experience is required.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with excellent communication skills.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and basic principles of photovoltaic technology.
- Ability to work comfortably at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Strong work ethic.
- Valid driver’s license.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
