Senior Corporate Counsel of North America：
Corporate legal counsel, supporting supply of solar modules, development and construction for utility- and DG-scale solar facilities.
Risk management regarding importation and international trade compliance and issues, including UFLPA, WRO, and the Auxin ADCVD anti-circumvention action, affecting the US solar industry.
Work closely with commercial team and counterparts to manage legal risks and facilitate successful substantial completion and operation.
Advise on supply chain risks and management best practices.
Provided guidance to the legal and administrative areas of the company including, contracts, sales proposals, suppliers agreements, employment and separation agreements, M&A legal activities and due diligence and global laws and regulations compliance.
Provided daily practical legal advice on corporate governance, financing, operations and transaction matters.
Analyzd legal issues and risks with remedial solutions for disputes and pre-litigation matters.
Closely monitored transaction flow and case status, and working with outside counsel for particular matters.
