Your Role:
The Corporate Communications Manager will be responsible for supporting the development of the corporate communications strategy and managing its day-to-day execution. You will work closely with global communications, including internal communications, executive communications, and the Social Media Team.
Your Impact:
- Liaise with the global communications team to drive the successful execution of the communications strategy and narrative
- Support the development and delivery of global communications and brand marketing plans, including appropriate measurement and metrics
- Manage the day-to-day relationship with our PR agency partners to drive exceptional program results (coverage, message pull-though and penetration, increasing share of voice and brand awareness, engagement, contact acquisition)
- Develop and support the execution of outreach strategies for product news, thought leadership, case studies, and corporate announcements for the press
- Execute, and oversee the execution of communications operations and support internal awareness initiatives
- Support our executive communications initiatives, including our speakers bureau and storytelling program
- Project manage complex and cross-functional campaigns and programs
- Effectively execute to plan and drive cross-team collaboration, efficiencies, and processes
- Build internal awareness of programs to drive interest and excitement leading to business impact
- Develop efficient, scalable, and repeatable program frameworks
Your Experience:
- Degree – preferably in public relations, marketing, communications, or a related field
- 5-7 years of PR agency or corporate experience – preferably within a SaaS company or tech-related environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Ability to execute on plan and act with urgency
- Organized, detail-oriented, work independently
- Demonstrated project management skills and experience managing PR agencies are highly preferred
- Experience developing and managing budgets
- Experience working with cross-function teams in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-orientated and able to prioritize work based on deadlines and impact on the business
- Experience with Asana Project Management and Allocadia is a plus
