The Greater Soldotna Chamber of Commerce seeks a dynamic leader to serve as our next Executive Director. For nearly 60 years, we've been the driving force behind business growth and community development on the Kenai Peninsula. With nearly 500 members and a dedicated team, we're looking for an experienced professional to lead our organization into its next chapter of excellence.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and relationship builder who can:
· Lead our dual mission of business advocacy and visitor services
· Drive innovative programs that deliver measurable value to our members
· Develop strategic partnerships in Soldotna and the Kenai Peninsula region
· Manage a diverse team and oversee multiple revenue streams
· Champion economic growth and community development

Qualified candidates will have:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Public Administration, or related field is preferred but can be substituted with experience
· 5 years of progressive management experience
· Proven track record in membership growth and retention
· Strong financial management and public speaking abilities
· Experience in destination marketing and tourism development (preferred)
