Electrical / Control Manager
Location : Denver, CO
Salary Range : $120,000 to $150,000 (based on experience and knowledge)

We are seeking a skilled Electrical / Control Manager passionate about engineering excellence and team leadership. This role offers the chance to work on impactful projects with domestic and international exposure while building and developing a team of talented engineers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver on-time, accurate, and on-budget engineering packages.
- Oversee and grow the electrical and controls department, ensuring the development of team members and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Develop and organize project-specific task lists while making informed, timely decisions to avoid engineering delays.
- Ensure electrical drawings, programs, and related materials are error-free and align with project objectives.
- Build a strong local engineering team based in Denver, while leveraging external resources as needed.
- Perform administrative tasks such as managing timesheets, job descriptions, hiring, performance reviews, and other personnel management duties.
- Manage the commissioning phase by assigning resources and occasionally participating directly.
- Standardize methodologies for drafting and programming, and contribute to enhancing the company's existing solutions over time.
- Plan for approximately 30% travel to project sites to ensure schedules are maintained and progress is smooth.
