Join our client's dynamic academic team as a Full-Time Nursing Program Instructor. We are seeking a dedicated professional with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing who is also a registered RN. This role involves delivering high-quality education to nursing students, ensuring their academic and professional growth in alignment with our institution's standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Instructional Excellence : Prepare and deliver engaging lectures, laboratory sessions, and clinical instruction following the established curriculum and guidelines. Develop course outlines and objectives as needed.
- Student Engagement : Monitor and document student attendance and retention. Provide timely grading of assignments (within 48 hours) and offer educational assistance during office hours or by appointment.
- Academic Support : Advise students on academic performance and school policies. Communicate effectively with the Lead Instructor, Program Chair, Academic Dean, or Campus President regarding student progress and concerns.
- Resource Management : Submit requests for textbooks, supplies, and equipment. Monitor inventory and secure necessary materials to support educational activities.
- Professional Development : Maintain professional expertise through continual learning and development activities such as seminars, workshops, and mandatory training sessions.
- Collaboration and Participation : Attend all scheduled meetings and serve on committees as needed. Substitute in classes when required and participate in curriculum development and retention initiatives.
- Online Instruction (if applicable) : Ensure daily engagement with the course, monitor student participation, respond to inquiries, and grade work within 48 hours.
