About the Role
This role offers the chance to work as part of a high-performing EPC (Engineer, Procure, Construct) team operating within the Construction Product and Metallurgical industries. The successful candidate will tackle diverse projects ranging from mechanical structures and process schematics to thermal and flow calculations, gaining exposure to innovative manufacturing solutions for global clients.
Additionally, this is a pivotal position where the selected candidate will help structure, refine, and enhance service operations. There is significant potential for growth depending on your expertise and creativity. You'll join a small, dynamic team that fosters collaboration and cross-functional innovation within a multi-national environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement detailed designs for manufacturing lines, including layouts, P&IDs, mechanical structures, process calculations, and more.
- Work on EPC projects, contributing to civil engineering basics, ductwork, platform designs, air/gas flow systems, and related components.
- Create and refine engineering standards, drawings, and bills of materials as necessary.
- Support process improvement initiatives and propose creative design solutions to improve project outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams, management, and global clients across multi-national, multi-cultural environments.
- Mentor and support team members while working to structure and optimize service offerings.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Civil Engineering may be considered).
- Must living in the Denver, CO area
- Must be authorized to work in the US. No sponsorships will be provided.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, or Structural Engineer.
- Proficiency with design and engineering software, including AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and FEA tools.
- Strong grasp of core engineering concepts like thermodynamics, kinematics, structural analysis, and electricity.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple priorities successfully.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
- Experience working in the EPC industry is a significant plus. Familiarity with ductwork design, process schematics, and platform development is highly desirable.
- Fluency in multiple languages is an added advantage.
