Key Responsibilities :
- Enrollment Goals : Drive enrollment by converting qualified prospects into enrolled students, meeting or exceeding prescribed conversion rates and start goals.
- Prospect Engagement : Manage a high volume of outbound calls and appointments, conducting thorough admissions interviews and follow-ups with potential students.
- Sales and Outreach : Generate referrals and maintain a proactive approach to developing new student leads, adhering strictly to industry guidelines and institutional policies.
- Professional Development : Participate in orientations and admissions meetings, maintaining a professional appearance and workspace in line with organizational standards.
Administrative Duties : Utilize computer skills to manage databases and communicate effectively. Ensure all actions comply with accrediting agency and U.S. Department of Education guidelines
