Key Responsibilities
Compensation: $80,000 - $140,000 per year
Work Environment: On-site for the first 90 days, transitioning to a hybrid schedule with one remote day per week.

As a Mechanical PE, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure the design, development, and implementation of high-quality mechanical systems for a variety of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and engineer mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems for building projects.
- Collaborate with other engineering disciplines (electrical, structural, etc.) in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Develop mechanical system layouts, specifications, and calculations using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Oversee mechanical systems installation and commissioning to ensure compliance with designs and specifications.
- Provide technical support during the construction phase of projects.
- Prepare and review reports, technical drawings, and project documentation.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Liaise with clients to ensure project requirements are met and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Stay current with industry trends, codes, and regulations related to mechanical engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
- PE license (Professional Engineer) in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical system design, with at least 4 years to obtain licensing in Florida.
- Experience with MEP/FP design and systems integration.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (with a preference for Revit experience).
- US Citizenship or the ability to work in the US without employer sponsorship.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience with difficult client interactions is a plus.
- Excellent adaptability and teamwork abilities.
