Responsibilities include maintaining lesson plans, monitoring student attendance, promptly grading assignments, and offering educational support during office hours. The role also requires advising students on school policies and performance, and submitting supply needs to supervisors. Faculty development is essential to maintain professionalism and expertise. General duties include ensuring student compliance with guidelines, attending meetings, serving on committees, and aiding in student retention efforts. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in nursing, four years of nursing experience, and a valid Ohio nursing license. Compensation is determined by course or credit hour and varies based on experience and education level.Responsibilities : Prepare and deliver all lectures, laboratory, and clinical instruction according to the required curriculum.Follow established course outlines and evaluation methods.Maintain a lesson plan of daily instructional events.Monitor student attendance and retention, documenting as required.Grade assignments and return them to students within 48 hours.
