Key Responsibilities :
Review daily Material Requirements Planning (MRP) demand, issue purchase orders, and follow up on deliveries through receipt.Approve vendor invoices, reconcile pricing discrepancies, and conduct margin analysis.Monitor inventory levels using Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP).Suggest stock level changes to ensure customer supply continuity.Build and maintain strong partnerships with key suppliers, oversee performance metrics, and resolve issues.Coordinate direct supplier-to-customer shipments and complete related documentation.Manage intercompany logistics to ensure seamless product flow.Qualities That Shine :

Interview Process

Requirements
What We're Looking For
Qualifications :
3-5 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or operations roles.Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) and experience with MRP or ERP systems.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate at all levels internally and externally.Analytical mindset with the flexibility to adapt to supply chain variations.Self-starter with resourceful problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.Desired but not required : Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Process Improvement.Must be authorized to work in the US. Our client is not sponsoring any visa's at this time.You must live in a commutable distance from Norwood, NJ or Middle River, MD.This is NOT a remote role. Hybrid schedules will be worked out between you and the hiring manager.Benefits
