Solé Miami is a recently renovated, full-service hotel featuring 222 guestrooms and condos. Here, guests enjoy the popular BALEENkitchen, a bar, beach access and pool service. We are excited to welcome a new General Manager to our Sunny Isles staff.

To be successful in the General Manager position, you:

• are currently a General Manager at a similar size and style hotel/resort: $12M in annual revenue generated from multiple revenue streams.
• bring experience in a complex Food and Beverage operation.
• demonstrate positive energy for guiding a team. You are a hands-on leader whose vision people are excited to follow.
• bring positive change as we reposition the hotel in the market, including personalized service, program activation, rehiring and training.
• closely manage the financial success of the hotel as if it were your own based on strong communications with ownership and the corporate office.
