To be successful in the General Manager position, you:
- are currently a General Manager at a similar size and style hotel/resort: $12M in annual revenue generated from multiple revenue streams.
- bring experience in a complex Food and Beverage operation.
- demonstrate positive energy for guiding a team. You are a hands-on leader whose vision people are excited to follow.
- bring positive change as we reposition the hotel in the market, including personalized service, program activation, rehiring and training.
- closely manage the financial success of the hotel as if it were your own based on strong communications with ownership and the corporate office.
