What are the responsibilities and job description for the Packer position at Soleffect?
We are a growing window shade manufacturer in Santa Fe Springs looking for a Packer with potential growth to lead the packing team.
Responsibilities include:
Packing and shipping long boxes of window covering products weighing between 20-50 lbs.
Process improvement in the packing area as we grow.
Scanning orders.
Palletizing and running a forklift when needed.

Experience required:
At least 2-3 years experience in an active packing/shipping department.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
