As a Solar Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for educating potential customers about the benefits of solar energy and guiding them through the sales process. Your role will be essential in helping customers transition to renewable energy while achieving your sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, referrals, and community outreach.
- Conduct consultations to assess customers' energy needs and present customized solar solutions.
- Provide detailed information on the financial and environmental benefits of solar energy.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential customers.
- Collaborate with the installation and support teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and incentives related to solar energy.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
- Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
