Position : Part-Time Spa Consultant
Commitment : 8-12 hours per week (2-3 shifts), with at least one weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday).
Compensation :
Starting Pay : $16.00 per hour
Guaranteed Raise : $18.00 per hour within one year of completing our training and certification program
Bonuses : Earn an additional $1-$4 per hour through our generous product and membership sales bonuses
Tips : Spa Consultants receive tips, with an average earning of $100 per month in gratuities
Sales Training : Paid training in customer service and sales to help you grow professionally
Responsibilities :
Deliver top-tier customer service to all guests
Sell memberships, upsell products, and provide expert recommendations on lotions and spa services
Keep up-to-date with all services, equipment, and health & safety procedures
Assist with accurate data entry and maintain spa cleanliness
Support management in training, mentoring, and onboarding new team members
Follow equipment cleaning protocols and ensure all areas are well-maintained
Uphold the Soleil Tans brand in all interactions with guests and the public
Requirements : Minimum :
Prior experience in a customer-facing role (customer service rockstars welcome!)
Friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable
Well-groomed and professional in appearance
Available for at least one weekend shift and 12 hours per week
Preferred :
At least one year of experience in a sales-driven environment
