Position: Team Lead
Commitment: 30-40 hours per week, including weekends.
Compensation:
Starting Pay: $23 per hour
Guaranteed Raise: $25 per hour within one year of completing our training and certification program
Bonuses: Earn an additional $1-$4 per hour worked through our generous sales bonus program
Tips: Staff members, including managers, earn tips due to the exceptional service we provide, with an average of $100 per month
Paid Training: We invest in customer service and sales training, giving all staff a wide array of experiences to help build a diverse professional skillset
Your Role:
1. Deliver the Best Guest Experience: Ensure every guest leaves feeling like Soleil was the best part of their day by delivering the highest level of service.
2. Drive Sales: Ensure your store meets and exceeds sales targets by selling memberships, preventing cancellations, upselling services, and recommending products.
Essential Job Functions:
Drive sales using our 5-step sales method while coaching your team to effectively sell memberships and products
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
Recruit, hire, train, and schedule staff, while providing coverage when needed
Ensure the store opens and closes on time with adequate staffing
Process payroll bi-monthly
Enforce company policies and processes to improve customer service and sales performance
Direct staff to ensure safety compliance and adherence to customer service standards, legal regulations, and industry practices
Meet financial goals through accurate scheduling and purchasing
Maintain a clean, well-maintained facility and equipment, including re-lamping as needed
Manage inventory, restocking supplies when necessary
Contribute to marketing and advertising efforts
Uphold the Soleil Tans brand in all employee, guest, and public relations
Attend leadership huddles and mandatory company meetings
Requirements:
Minimum three years of proven sales/retail management experience
Availability for 30-40 hours per week, including weekends
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Hands-on performer willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done
Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead employees
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Applications
