Machine Operator

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Machine Operator to operate and maintain our production machinery. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and maintain machinery according to established procedures and guidelines.
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure smooth operation and prevent downtime.
• Monitor machines during operation to detect any malfunctions or defects.
• Troubleshoot issues and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality and machine efficiency.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Keep accurate records of machine operations and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals.
• Basic computer skills for recording data and communicating with team members.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as needed.
• Commitment to safety and following established procedures and guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Vocational or technical training in machine operation or a related field.
• Experience operating specific types of machinery relevant to our industry.
• Certification or training in safety procedures and protocols.
