ACCOUNT MANAGER
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Conduct warm calls to potential clients to introduce our products and services, fostering new business opportunities.
- Analyze client accounts to identify growth opportunities and implement strategies for account management.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms are established.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop comprehensive business development plans that align with company goals.
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track account activity, manage leads, and report on sales performance.
- Provide leadership within the team by mentoring junior staff and sharing best practices in account management.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding product updates, service changes, and other relevant information.
