ACCOUNT MANAGER
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a blend of technical sales expertise and strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and understand their needs. The Account Manager will play a crucial role in developing strategies to enhance client engagement and retention.

Duties

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Conduct warm calls to potential clients to introduce our products and services, fostering new business opportunities.
  • Analyze client accounts to identify growth opportunities and implement strategies for account management.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms are established.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop comprehensive business development plans that align with company goals.
  • Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track account activity, manage leads, and report on sales performance.
  • Provide leadership within the team by mentoring junior staff and sharing best practices in account management.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding product updates, service changes, and other relevant information.

Skills

  • Proven experience in technical sales or technology sales, with a strong understanding of the industry.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
  • Ability to analyze data and trends to inform decision-making processes.
  • Experience in account management, demonstrating an ability to foster long-term client relationships.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred.
  • Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and drive results within the organization.
  • A proactive approach to business development, identifying new opportunities for growth.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
