The customer service representative answers incoming calls to file auto glass only claims for several insurance companies. The CSR provides help in locating a shop, dispatches the work order to the shop and clarifies any questions regarding the claim handling process.
Job Overview:
- $13.50 /hour plus monthly bonus
- 3 weeks of paid training Mon-Friday 8am-4:30pm
- Can not be LATE, ABSENT or LEAVE for any reason during training
- Full time schedule 40 hrs week
- Must be available to work any shift assigned by management between the hours of 7am-9pm
- Work one day on weekend
- No cold calling, no sales, no collections
- Bi-weekly pay
- NOT WORK FROM HOME
- Must pass background screening
