What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative/Call Center position at Solera?

The customer service representative answers incoming calls to file auto glass only claims for several insurance companies. The CSR provides help in locating a shop, dispatches the work order to the shop and clarifies any questions regarding the claim handling process.

Job Overview:

  • $13.50 /hour plus monthly bonus
  • 3 weeks of paid training Mon-Friday 8am-4:30pm
  • Can not be LATE, ABSENT or LEAVE for any reason during training
  • Full time schedule 40 hrs week
  • Must be available to work any shift assigned by management between the hours of 7am-9pm
  • Work one day on weekend
  • No cold calling, no sales, no collections
  • Bi-weekly pay
  • NOT WORK FROM HOME
  • Must pass background screening

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.50 per hour
