Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Front of House team. Whether you’re an experienced server, host, or bartender, or just starting in the restaurant industry, we welcome applicants who are eager to learn, work hard, and contribute to our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring an inviting and friendly atmosphere.
- Communicate effectively with team members to maintain a seamless dining experience.
- Understand and recommend menu items, including wine and food pairings.
- Handle reservations, seating, and guest inquiries with professionalism.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tables and common areas.
- Uphold Solera’s high standards for hospitality and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
