Key Responsibilities
- Perform critical operational and financial analysis to identify opportunities for improvement
- Analyze individual product lines for contribution margin and profitability improvement opportunities
- Communicate product line financial performance to product line leaders and plant management
- Support the monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and period-end close process
- Design and implement financial control policies and procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 5 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Cost accounting experience a plus
- CPA and/or MBA a plus
- Plex/SAP/Hyperion experience a plus
