What are the responsibilities and job description for the Engineering Co-Op position at SOLERO TECHNOLOGIES, LLC?
JOB PURPOSE: Provide services to improve the efficiency of production operations. This service will be in the form of tool/controls design, project assignments, and efficiency studies of production processes.

Assist Departments by drawing/designing details in AutoCAD. |

Develop and/or modify electrical controls and software in relation to safety, quality, and productivity improvements. |

Assist Departments by analyzing production processes and identifying specific areas needing improvement. |

Will be assigned projects and will be required to take the lead to achieve project goals. |

Assist team with writing/updating process flow layouts, Process Failure Mode Engineering Analysis, Control Plans, and Operator Instructions. |
EDUCATION, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:
Two years schooling required toward a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Manufacturing/Engineering/Industrial Technology with a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of AutoCAD and/or programming languages preferred. Excellent verbal/written communication skills. Must work well with others. Good organizational skills required.
