Key Responsibilities:
- Mechanical Expertise: Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain our vehicles and equipment, ensuring smooth and safe operation.
- Judgment in Repairs: Assess when repairs exceed in-house capabilities and coordinate with external vendors for specialized services.
- Preventive Maintenance Scheduling: Adhere to a preventive maintenance schedule to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
- Maintenance Record Keeping: Accurately document all maintenance activities, repairs, and upgrades.
- Cost Management: Seek cost-effective solutions and manage resources wisely.
- Facility Organization and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including routine cleaning of shop spaces and equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment for all team members.

Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience as an automotive or diesel mechanic.
- Proven ability to maintain detailed and accurate records of maintenance tasks and repairs.
- Experience in scheduling and executing preventive maintenance and equipment checks.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Skilled in problem identification, solution implementation, and decision-making.
