Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to join our educational team in Hamilton, Ohio. This position requires a valid Ohio Department of Education and Workforce License as a School Psychologist. The School Psychologist will be responsible for conducting evaluations within the school district, focusing on either early childhood (pre-kindergarten to 1st grade) or upper elementary (4th and 5th grade) students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for students as per district and state guidelines.
- Interpret assessment results to stakeholders including parents, teachers, and administrators.
- Collaborate with educators and parents to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
- Provide consultation to teachers and staff on behavioral interventions and strategies.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to review evaluation results and contribute to educational planning.
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with state regulations and district policies.
Qualifications:
- Masters or doctoral degree in School Psychology.
- Valid Ohio Department of Education and Workforce License as a School Psychologist.
- Experience in conducting psychoeducational assessments and evaluations.
- Knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.

Work Schedule: Approximately 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
Caseload:
- Option 1: 76 total evaluations focusing on early childhood (pre-K to 1st grade).
- Option 2: 46 total evaluations focusing on upper elementary (4th and 5th grade).
