Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments, including cognitive, academic, and behavioral assessments
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide counseling and support services to students, including crisis intervention when needed
- Assist in the implementation of Positive Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to review student progress and plan interventions
Educational Requirements:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
Certifications:
- Valid School Psychologist license in the state of Ohio
Qualifications:
- Experience in a school setting preferred
- Strong assessment and diagnostic skills
- Knowledge of special education laws and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
