We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced 340B pliance Analyst to join a leading healthcare system in Northern California. This role can be performed remotely or based out of the hospital in Roseville, CA , with a travel requirement to perform 340B audits at client sites. This position offers the opportunity for temp-to-hire, and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible!
The 340B pliance Analyst is responsible for ensuring the organizations adherence to all federal, state, and program regulations governing the 340B Drug Pricing Program . This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of 340B program pliance to maintain program integrity and minimize risk.

Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure pliance with all federal, state, and program regulations for the 340B Drug Program .
- Perform regular audits and maintain system settings and software to ensure 340B program integrity and pliance.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (contract pharmacies, entity-owned pharmacies, hospital / clinic drug utilization) to maintain the programs operational and regulatory excellence.
- Monitor program performance and pliance indicators, providing ongoing updates and remendations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the 340B program, ensuring all aspects are aligned with evolving regulations and operational standards.
